As a team member at Southington Painting you will need to be kind, courteous, neat, patient, and flexible. We consider these as the bare minimum to working well with others.
On occasion employees may be required to work overtime, weekends, overnight hours or out of state as dictated by business needs. Are you willing and able to be flexible in regard to work hours?
Due to the nature of the our business at times our employees will need to be able to work on ladders and other supportive devices. Are you able to maneuver and stand on a ladder with the ability to focus on the work at hand?
In our role as team members you may be asked to carry ladders by yourself. Are you able to carry a 28 ft. ladder without any assistance?
