As winter is coming to a close it is time to start thinking about the exterior of your home. It is important to remember that maintenance is more important than appearance. • Consult a professional if this is a project you are not comfortable inspecting yourself. Many professionals will set up an inspection schedule with you once a year for a small fee or as part of their warranty program.
